For me, it would be when I was at the age of 9. I was looking for snacks in my mothers drawers cause that's where she kept them to hide them from me. Searching for the bag, I had found one of mother's snacks: a thing. I was confused as hell, at that age I knew what it was, but I still didn't have the right mind to be seeing that. In panic, I put it in a shoebox and held on it to it till my father got home. My cousin kept asking what it was. I just said, "some old shoes". Soon enough my dad came home and I told him there was a "peterwhacker" in the box. He asked where it came from. I obviously first lied and said I don't know. Then I finally told the truth that I found it in my mom's drawers looking for some snacks. So my dad and I are just waiting for my mother to come home, and right when she walked in, my dad threw the thing right in her face breaking her glasses. He yelled and yelled at her until he just left. He came back and got a sledge hammer and tried to smash the thing. Then I went to bed. Traumatized of what just happened.
