I'd say Konoha from the Kagerou Project,
Such elegant madness, yet he HAS to keep on killing everyone.
Either that, or I'd say Captain Misato Katsuragi from Neon Genesis Evangelion. She seems like such a goddamn drunk and goofy character, yet when she's in command she can be so damned serious.

But Konoha only killed when he got possessed by the other snake. The fans refer to that Konoha as "Kuroha".

Still.. I find it the most irritating yet best thing about him. Just the fact that a hopeless amnesiac of a character suddenly is possessed and turns into a murderous SOB is pretty.. ech.

Pearl. She nearly killed Steven a couple of times, almost got every one killed by the home world gems because she wanted to feel strong.
But I still love her and she's my cinnamon roll.

I hate Onion from Steven Universe because he's an annoying little

at times. I love Onion because I actually find his creepiness and weirdness hilarious when I'm in a good mood. I had to catch up on Steven Universe so when I got to episode sixteen, Onion Friend, I nearly died when he showed Steven the video of his mom giving birth to him.
