Overrated because you can get headphones with a better sound quality cheaper than them, but that's also because Beats are made for DJing, not just listening to your music like the average spoiled brat who owns them.

Buy some damn SkullCandy headphones.

Great quality, last a really long time, way cheaper than Beats

My brother has had the same SkullCandy headphones by now for about 2 years and they've got great quality and they last long.

And a pair of SkullCandy will cost you only about $60 whereas stuff like Beats are hundreds of dollars.

I own Wireless Solo 2 Beats. Ever since my first pair they did not sound as great as any other regular pair of headphones. The Wireless ones cost $329.

People buy Beats more because it is a sign of status and they are extremely stylish. That's why I bought mine.

I hate Rap but I use Beats. I can tell what's a good song and what isn't. Beats don't show what kind of music you listen to, just how much money you have.
