All I do know is that Carlos PM'd me (before I was CM) alerting me that he used the D3000 to ban someone with an inappropriate profile and profile picture. I told him it was fine then I entirely unbanned that user a few days later.
If you have any proof of Carlos "abusing" the D3000 then by all means show me it.
Aside from that, I haven't seen Carlos "making up his own rules" besides moving bumped threads to the Void forum, since apparently nobody (meaning, higher authority over CMs) has made complaints about it, and I don't particularly see the problem with it either, unless intentionally abused.

We've been through the whole "is Carlos suitable to be a mod" thing...at the end of the day, our personal opinion doesn't matter. Both Kishy and Drake thought/think he is suitable (Kishy was the one who initially promoted Carlos after Nait demoted him) and we should respect that. He's not banning people without reason or letting them talk about pony porn. He may be somewhat more lenient than some of us agree with, but he still has reasonable boundaries. You seem set out to specifically get Carlos demoted, and anything wrong he does you try to use as a nuke.
Now before Mega starts putting more words into my mouth, I never supported Carlos for misusing the D3000. I don't think his misuse makes him any less of a good moderator, considering he did it for justification purposes...however, that doesn't make it right, and since there's a rule supporting the demotion of misuing the D3000, that will likely overrule any good intention. (Remember when the rule to demote a moderator who broke any rule, existed? Yeah that was hardly ever enforced)
I know it's dodging the reality to say this, but I think we can assume that the harsh punishment written for misuse of the D3000 was intended for a forum mod who thought it'd be funny to delete every thread ever, or just to troll a specific user(s). It's agreeable that IP ban is too harsh for Carlos' misuse, so then it's agreeable that his misuse of it wasn't severe. Yes, Carlos shouldn't be moderating out of his field, however that's a different offense from misuse of the D3000.
When in doubt, ask SL.
The only reason I lightly suggested (yes, lightly suggested. I understand why some people wouldn't want him to be promote to chat mod) that he should be promoted for chat is becuase he obviously shows the determination to enforce the rules there, if he's going out of his way AND risking his modship to do it. He didn't use it for petty chat offesnes, either.

Just ask Carlos himself if he has and plans on moderating all sections of the website using the D3000, because he was adamant that it isn't against the rules, and it is within his power to do so. If he claims this isn't true, then I'll have something to go on.

Alright. I'm making this thread knowing full well that Carlos is going to delete or lock it because he can't handle those with opposing opinions, or facts for that matter. So read it quick.
Kishy has demoted herself, and Drake has become unable to make decent judgement calls. Carlos was demoted by Kishy, because he is using the D3000 tool (Used to delete every thread a person has every made while simultaneously banning them. Created for spammers.) to ban users of the website, despite him being unallowed to. Not just banning them at will, but banning users from all sections. Such as the chatrooms. Despite it being out of his jurisdiction. Drake isn't doing anything about it, and re-promoted him as soon as Kishy left. This is the first thing.
Second thing is that Kishy has completely left. There isn't any more Kishy. I'm coming on momentarily to address Carlos, but most people (Me, Kishy, Meia, etc.) have accepted the fact that people like Carlos have made this website the cancerous cesspool you all know and love. (For what reason i am oblivious.)
Carlos has also began making up rules, surprise surprise. And has pretty much made everybody angry with him, including those that originially supported him. (E.G. Andrew, Kishy, Spencer.)
Spencer has done more than anybody to talk to do something about it, and I've contacted Rob about Carlos being permanently demoted or banned. Something long long long overdo.
Again, I'm not active on here. I'll make the radio business, and then I'll give that to Spencer, and I'll be off.
