Hey guys! TAR here and I made a new website...

Its called NewWebsite
Its coded with CSS, PHP and HTML.

Yes its bad cause I suck at PHP...
why am i posting this...

Anyway I made a comment in the Development Console(Inspect Element) so you can read the source and get to learn a bit about why the source looks so bad.
