So, I found these mind tricks, and I thouht I'd share them with the world! But...since I don't venture outside often, I'll share them here.

Maybe you peeps will like them. Idk. Add more if you want.

First, put your hands together and interlock your fingers. Stick your pointer figers straight up and apart from each other. Next, without resisting, look at the space between your fingers and watch as they grow closer together.

Yuor bairn can raed wrods as lnog as the frsit and lsat lertets are in the rghit palce.

^Everyone can read that sentence.

Another trick is the the one everyone has seen, or, I guess, hasn't seen. It's the double "the" trick, and you just fell for it.

If you ever have a song stuck in your head, think of the end of it. It should help make it go away.

Okay, say this one out loud, or mouth it. What does S-H-O-P spell? Shop? Okay, what do you do when you come to a green light?

...no, you go.

If you stare over someone's left shoulder who is walking towards you, they will always move out of the way. No matter if they're alone or grouped up.

You can make someone insecure during a conversation by looking at their hairline.

Say this one aloud, too. Whats 1+1? 2+2? 4+4? 8+8? Now, name a vegetable.

Carrot, right?

With your friends, sing the chorus or cathy oart if a song, then immediately say something unreleated. Then go silent and wait. The song will get stuck in thier heads.

Ask someone to trace an uppercase "E" into thier foreheads. If they do it so you can read it, they are empathetic. If they trace it so they can read it, they are not.

Stand in a doorway and push the backs of your hands against the doorframe for about 30 seconds. Let go. Your arms rise up.

If the person your talking to wants to leave, their feet will not be pointed towards you, and if they dont, they will be.

Thats all I can remember for now, so...idk. What did you think?
"I love your eyes...but only with ketchup."

What the hell is this?
Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.

Don't ask.
I just exist at this point. Nothing too special going on.

Spoiler: show
That's not a Crow folks. I've been in the avian field for the last 30yrs having field experience with everything from Warblers to Birds of Prey. I also have extensive studies with exotics and have worked with everything from Budgies to Macaws and share my life with 3 "fids" or medium sized Parrots of my own. That's "Parrot lingo" we Parrot enthusiasts use for kids in case you were confused what "fids" mean. In any case, what your seeing in this video is a Common Raven which are indeed in the "Corvid family" as are Crows along with; Jays, Jackdaws, Magpies, Rooks, and Nutcrackers. However, Ravens are FAR larger then Crows and beside size Common Ravens can be distinguished from American or Fish Crows by there shaggier throat feathers, heavier beak, longer wedge-shaped tail in flight, and much longer & narrower "fingered wings" which is also what makes them expert soarers something Crow's cannot do. Common Raven's are known more for there lower guttural and lower "croaking style" of contact calls. Where as our familiar American Crow's have the familiar "caw call" among other various clicking and rattle like calls they occasionally use to communicate with each other. Quite honestly, most Crow's would also tend to "mob" or drive away a Raven as they would consider it a predator no different than a Hawk. Great way to treat family but such is the case...LOL Common Ravens are large averaging 24-27in with about a 4-4.5ft wingspan weighing in at around 2.5lbs. Not many Birds of Prey will tango with them as they are quite capable of taking care of themselves and can fly and soar just as good as any "Buteo" a family of hawks such as the familiar Red-Tailed, Red-Shouldered, & Ferruginous Hawks. American Crows on the other hand being our largest Crows are around 18-20in with about a 3-3.5ft wingspan weighing in at around 1lbs. I often tell folks when I hold bird lectures the best way to picture the size differences between the two is to see a Herring Gull sit next to an American Crow or Ring-billed Gull and that way you'll truly see the size differences. Also, Common Ravens are formidable predators where they lack talons they make up for in sheer beak strength and have no problems taking down quite large prey such as Rock Pigeons, Shorebirds, and Rodents. That's NOT to say that American Crow's are just plain scavengers as I have seen them no joke tackle baby grey squirrels, Rats, and Rock Pigeons and kill them with ease both birds are predators not just scavengers. Both Ravens & Crows play a vital role in keeping populations in check. Which is why I am so highly in favor of conserving these species through educating folks properly on the "positive benefits" they play to all of us. Call them natures "clean-up" crew who also just happen to be one of the SMARTEST birds in the entire world believe it or not. So next time you see a Crow or a Raven if your lucky think twice before giving it some "terrible omen". As they've been truly misrepresented and unjustly persecuted over the years for no good reason at all.

Accordion to recent studies, 98% of people won't notice when the name of an instrument replaces the actual word in a sentence.

Put your hands out infront of you sideways. Another person infront of you does the same with their palm touching your outer side of your hands. They have to push inwards while you push outwards. Hold the position for 1 min. You will feel a bubble.
