What's a song that you listen to when you're sad or just mildly under the weather? Many people listen to a melancholy songs when they're upset to cool down mentally instead of publicly wallowing in self-pity (the worst way to deal with anything). Maybe you should find that one song to relieve stress, if you haven't already.

I don't listen to melancholy songs, if I'm sad I demand a pick-me-up. I find my favorite fast-paced upbeat song and jam until I feel better.
