I've tried using Malwarebytes to get rid of it but it won't go away. I know it's the AdChoices Adware, btw.

Check your extensions and remove unauthorised or suspicious applications (more likely the more recent), also, check for any odd processes running.

Adchoices is not malware. It's an ad company. Everyone has it.

It'll disable all ads, and make your internet a little faster. (It will also get rid of adware that might be added to your pc from viewing ads)
