Even though you try to make the hair look all realistic by adding a ton of lines, the outline bits kinda ruin it. It looks blocky, sort of. And yeah, add more detail to the body. At least the wings.

It's more stylized with how you draw though. If you wanted to make it look more like how she draws, you have to cut back on how you draw, such as the way you drew hair.

She is holding one wing up and one wing down. It's hard to see because of the angle.
It makes more sense if you see the 3d version.
