MrBean3500vr, a famous hacker in the Mario Kart Wii scene has developed a mod that he revealed for the public not that long ago. This mod basically allows for online multiplayer through playing a local multiplayer mode. This mod will have to be accessed through Homebrew. So you can now play games like Mario Party 9 online, Subspace Emissary co-op online, and NSMBW co-op online. Watch the NSMBW video above for more details.

The mod still has a couple of bugs and will be out for the public sometime, but as of now we don't know when.
