New User Bug(?)

This is not much of a bug, but seems to me like there haven't been a new user in 4 weeks. The newest user on my browser is CheesyMuffin, but was last seen online a month ago. Is this something wrong with my browser cache, or is it the same for everyone? I find very unlikely there hasn't been a new user for a out a month now.

It's the same for everyone.

Robdeprop disabled the registering system a few weeks ago after a spammer created many alternate accounts, so CheesyMuffin's name has been there for a while because no one can sign up.
