Should the Pirate Bay stay down?

For those of you who don't know, a couple weeks back, the popular torrent site, The Pirate Bay, was raided and shut down by the Swedish police force.

The Pirate Bay never died.

IsoHunt resurrected an unofficial TPB and it gained its popularity back quicker than you could say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

What do you think? Should the Pirate Bay have been recreated, or should it remain history?

Yeah, who cares if people break the law. BJ's right, if people want to break into other people's houses and steal their belongings, it's alright. We don't partake in thievery, but it's perfectly fine if other people do. Really don't care.

Flawed analogy. Pirating digital media is unlike physically stealing something. In fact, digital piracy can be beneficial in some cases.

Digital piracy has no direct victims, but directly benefits the people who utilise it.

Well, digital piracy can be very harmful for independent creators, since they aren't a large company with millions of dollars.
