I read this fictional story (PM me if you want to read it yourself, It's NSFW) about males being forced by the government to participate in mandatory bisexuality.

The reason is because it takes place in a town where youth violence is growing rapidly, And apparently making the males participate encourages bonding instead of violence.

Do you think it would work in reality?
