If you're too lazy to read the article, here's a video that shows an NYPD Officer literally beating the hell out of a 20 year old man who was doing nothing of any sort, but sitting quietly on a wooden bench.

No, I've always known that NYPD Officers have been beating other people up. It doesn't mean I can't create a thread based on it. It's like you'd expect me to create thousands of threads based on every single event that has occured based on something like this.
