Gamzee (2014-10-12 17:13:53)Holy snikes
I paced around for hours on empty,
Jumped at the slightest of sounds.
I couldn't stand the person inside me,
I turned all the mirrors around.
Twerkbaby1 (2014-10-22 18:08:44)this reminds me of this one song... I love poems!!!

Where were you when we lost the game,
Covered in aqua blue from the rain,
Glistening with red on our hands,
Shining with light from other lands...?
Can you hear us, still see us?
Or is everything we've done the genesis
Of a world misplaced
And completely debased?
We slip into the gates, kill the demons
Covered in oil, blood, for your reasons,
Traveling forever, trying to win,
When we were doomed to begin.
All we really wanted- to save our race
But all we got was challenges to face.
Where's our parents, our family?
Dead, the rest are enemies.
We fight against eachother to no avail
When you expect us all to fail.
What's it worth, does it matter?
What about the echeladder?
Reach the top, never die.
Well, wasn't that a lie?
Keep breathing for me, stay alive,
Beneath the water, deeper dives.
Why'd we play, for love we did,
But in time, our lives were bid.
Create a new world, of space and time,
But really all we did was climb.
Up and up, but it was really down.
Is there enough grist around?
Falling spirally, further and further,
Will the sword help or hurt her?
Gods now, we are, but what's left?
Destroyed the game with more life theft.
Keep going, keep going, we'll get through,
But still we have to forget you.
Drenched in color, blood abundant,
Even souls are quite redundant,
Dream bubbles burst, no afterlife,
What happens when we win this Strife?
We'll never see them again,
Why'd we have to jump right in?
They're gone, gone, nothing we can do...
All of the others will slowly die, too.
