Do you live a healthy lifestyle?

I'm what you consider to be agnostic

little5 (2014-09-29 00:05:10)I'm not sure if I eat too much or enough. Meh, I don't really worry about it.
I sit around all day on the computer, excersising is for people with lives.
No, I'm not overweight, quite the opposite.

I have a very healthy lifestyle. Which I've also always needed, because I used to be one of the best Dutch youth tennis players.

BirdJesus (2014-09-30 01:27:34)I eat mostly healthy, but I'm pretty lacking in most other forms of health.

BrianGriffin (2014-09-30 12:33:51)I would say I eat healthy yes quite a bit so as a matter of fact. I don't eat meat, no pop, no candy,(besides the occasional snickers bar) And I exercise pretty much daily some days more so than others. I go for long walks and or runs. And I like to keep my mind sharp by reading different books, watching movies, and playing chess. Hell I'll be honest I'm a health nut. Like if one of my friends is fat don't be surprised if I throw in a fat joke. I know some people can't help the way they look so maybe I should just be thankful I have a great metabolism. But in my opinion if you value your life then why not go the extra distance to add a little more longevity to it.

Generally yes, but you're forgetting mental health.
