I've decided to choose the worst situations where a big company has bought another company and Disney buying star wars AND marvel comes to mind

It was Notch's choice to sell Minecraft.
He felt as though he couldn't handle the franchise anymore.

There isn't much you can do to ruin a sandbox game. It's already so well established it won't change much. Besides, we still have the same teams working on it.

Disney still does a great job with Marvel. I don't see them screwing up.

We still have mods, and we could always downgrade.

Tbh, it'd be okay if Minecraft never updated again. Why? Mods.
