Have you ever "accidentally" killed or injured something? Like an insect or a baby animal? If so, how?

This poor baby butterfly was crawling along my window, so, y'know, I felt bad for the helpless thing. I decided to pick it up and take it outside so it could fly around and stuff. I let it crawl around on my hand, until it eventually made its way up to my fingertip. It started to fly away, and my nose started to feel itchy for some reason, so I scratched my nose. AND THIS RANDOM GUST OF WIND BLEW THE BUTTERFLY AWAY. I grabbed it, and I accidentally tore his tiny wings off, along with two of his legs. He fell on the ground, and that was the end of him.
