I received it a few times. Never cared, unless I had something important that I was doing and it suddenly restarts on me.

I got the BSoD on my old laptop. Like a first generation laptop. It ran Windows 97.

Windows:
-Gets more viruses
-Is usually slow unless you modify it
-gets blue screen of death
-is still preferred over Mac.
I have never had as much problems with a Mac as I have with a PC.
