Headaches.

Getting mad at everything.

Hmm.
Have you ever gotten strong headache? Menstrual cramps are like an aching sharp headache in your abdomen. If that makes sense. Some get stronger cramps than others.
Some girls get easily nauseous and sick to their stomachs more easily while menstruating.

The menstrual discharge kind of just leaks out. You don't feel it coming down.

Whew. Here we go.

Blood: at the highest point, it feels as if you're constantly trickling blood from your private regions. It stains the toilet water when you pee. It runs down your legs when you take a shower. It makes it feel like somebody wet your underwear and put pants on over that and forced you to spend your day in that, but only if you wear a pad. Tampons always feel uncomfortable if you don't put them in right. Never, ever, EVER wear anything white. Try not to stain furniture. Don't ruin your pants.

Everything else:
Cramps are like having an almost constant stomachache, but a little lower down. You become all moody and occasionally angry.
