Then chat with your damn friend. There's no one in yo way of stopping you from chatting with others. Why not ignore every single user except for your friends then if you feel as if they stop you from interacting through text with them?

Also, we do not need no more chatrooms. Have you SEEN the amount of chatrooms there are already?

I'd also recommend PM'ing that friend of yours, but no. I disagree completely with this suggestion.-1
