The basic idea is that you make a 3DS/DSi app in HTML5 and JavaScript.
You have two options:
1. Write the code in again. But for lazy people:
2. Upload a HTML or PHP file containing the app.
A message would be sent to the admins, who can approve/disapprove the app and set a price for it.
