Have you ever thought abot the shapes nature makes? Anything you can compare it to? How about what atoms are made of? What are Protons, Neutrons, and Electrons made of? What if you were to divide an Electron, Proton, or Neutron? Are humans meant to tamper with the sensitive fabric of the universe? ~~GORDON~~ MORGAN FREEMAN MOMENT!

Liquid, the second state of matter is when the particles are close together enough to stay in one place but not as close together as the particles of a solid. If they began moving faster and spreading apart, they would become gas. If the liquid particles moved slower and started coming closer together, they would become a solid.

Of course you could. In fact, all you need is heat and matter. You can't make matter though. Basically what I'm saying is melt something. That's how you make liquids.

There are two ways to make water. Take it's gas form, water vapor and condense it from gas to liquid. Or, take its solid form, ice and melt it.

Atoms are made out protons, neutrons, and electrons, which are made out of a combination of 3 quarks. 2 up and 1 down quarks for protons and 1 up and 2 down quarks for neutrons.

I don't know what electrons are made of though. They're too small.....

Limited water? Mudderfuggin' water cycle, brah.
