Do you have good judgement? #2
BirdJesus (2014-08-08 21:16:34)Save my soul mate, because I hate parties.

PhantomR (2014-08-08 21:49:08)Eh, neither? I'd rather be alone. I don't need friends or a soul mate to be happy.
carlos11 (2014-08-08 21:56:13)Guaranteed stable, wealthy income has top priority.
After you have that, then and only then should you try building a family.
Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.
Nutsy (2014-08-08 22:45:02)When people save a building full of hostages, they get a crap ton of publicity and write a book about which later gets adapted into a movie, thus giving you a decent income without having to work.
Plus, I get my hunny.

[Read the situation below, and say what you would've done in there, and see if you made a good judgement call at the end!]
Previous Judgement result:
Taking a risk in the previous case led to a reward, as they were simply hungry, and failed to notice your stash of cash as they devoured their dinner at your home. Happy, the tourists left to go home and it's a happy ending.
...But what if you were forced to make a decision in a split second without thinking?
Trial #2: Love or Friendship
You're a student in college with no friends. If you make friends, you will be guaranteed a successful company with those friends in the future. To achieve this goal, you decide to spread word around the university about a hardcore party you'll be throwing in a couple of months, which will have the ultimate party machine, the X5000. The X5000 would definitely be the heart of the party, with every kind of entertainment you can think of AT a party. To save money for this, you get a job.
Your job requires partners to carry out repairs. You become partners with, you may not know it yet though, your "perfect" date. They have all the features and personalities you want in a soul mate, and it makes you blush. Over time, you two go past acquaintances, to friends, eventually having a relationship.
Two days before the party, you want to propose, but don't know if you want to. If you do propose, it's a guaranteed strong marraige, complete with a nice family and future, but no wealthy successful lifestyle ealier.
The party day is finally here! You buy the X5000 with all your hard earned cash in a downtown best buy. You wheel that gigantic box outside, wondering how it's gonna fit in your car. At the same time though, you see your soul mate, being pushed off a 3-story building by a fugitive who held the people in the building hostage! If they fall at this speed, they'll die as soon as they touch the ground!
Thing is, it's happening RIGHT NEXT to the Best Buy you're at. You don't have anything to help, but the packing peanuts in the box plus a crap-ton of pillows in your car.
If you think about the situation, they'll hit the ground before you find an answer.
If you sacrifice the X5000 plus the crap-ton of pillows as a landing pad, they COULD Live and you COULD live a happy life.
If you ignore them, They'll die, but you'll live a successful life with a lot of friends and possibly another soul mate. Who may or may not have a happy life with you.
So.
Will you Sacrifice the key to your social life for the perfect marraige and family for the rest of your life?
Or will your desire to have friends make you the most successful and respected friend across the university by your new peers...
...minus one?
It's your choice.
And remember.
You get to live with it.
