When a titan gets a limb cut off, it regenerates. What would happen if a titan was somehow split in half through the stomach?

Would it die, would it's torso grow new legs and the old disappear?

Or would it grow two new titans?

I must know.

I never watched AoT, But it depends.

Cutting the stomach might allow the titan to grow it's lower body back

But I guess it would also cut off a major part of it's body.

Whichever part has the head regenerates. If the head is cut, it cannot regenerate. That's the way Piccolo works. I'm assuming characters in the anime multiverse must abide by the same rules.
