Sorry, I'm not from the Netherlands, but on this website, the "s" word isn't allowed and that looks a lot like it.
A Plaza Court is not a good idea. It's not terrible, it just isn't practical. You're not the first person to suggest democracy play a bigger role on this website.
So first and foremost, one thing you must understand for anything that I will say after this to make sense is that this is not a democracy. This website is owned by someone, and that someone decides how he wants to run it. Nothing has to be fair, because the owner makes the rules and you don't have to use this website if you don't want to.
That being said, a Plaza Court implies that there would be a jury, a judge, prosecutors, and defendants. The problem here is that the regular users would play a major role in deciding the outcome. This should not happen because, as I've already mentioned, this is not a democracy. Only Plaza Staff members have a say in what is just, and only other Plaza Staff members can question that decision.
