There are no overrated users. There are only users that are well known in the chatrooms or forums and it's the same group of people that mention eachother in every thread.

"Which users do you think *blank*"

"Carlos, Heather, Mega, *insert the rest of the people who are mentioned every single time*"

There aren't any overrated users. The community is just so small that you see the same users very often. Anyone who is active becomes like them immediately.
