Moderator /warn command needs an improvement!

To make sure it doesnt go mental, only allow 1 warn per 5 minuites. Reason: Moderators could multiwarn.
Pro64 (2014-08-07 06:14:31)5 minutes is quite a long time. It seems 30 seconds would be a better time limit. Thats another great idea for the command.

Lately, I've discovered that something is unorganized with the /warn command. Moderators keep forgetting what number they are on each day. So I thought of a command that can check warnings 24 Hour daily. It sorta like a log.

This is quite easy to make. Locate the file where the /warn is located. Go to your database and add warn_log with id, message, bymod, and timestamp. While you are in the file with the /warn command, you can use MySQL, MySQLi, or PHP PDO to add the warning to the database. Create a new PHP file with all the warnings 24 hour daily. (If a warning passes 24 hours, it should be deleted automatically!) I hope the developer(s) create this for better organization with the /warn command.
