It's probably dumb to us, considering that it's supposed to make things fun for kids.

Like jokes.

The jokes are stupid.

They believe that kids are stupid, and that they are only capable of enjoying lame fart jokes and toilet humor.

Kids' shows like MLP, Adventure Time, etc. don't patronize their audiences, which make them appealing to wider audiences.
