A whisper room is a great idea, for the reasons stated above. Scrolling frantically to read something is a horrible everyday thing on the chats, and a whisper room fixes this. As for what Jason said, we kind of already have that. It's called a PM.
Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.

I disagree with the Whisper Room. There are 2manychatrooms4me. How about just a whisper log to check for the whispers you've sent and recieved.
About the Reward System, uhh.. 3DSPoints really is worthless, you can't do anything with them. We've went over that like a billion times.

What if the whole community is? Do we all get stars? How about if a user has been on their best behavior for about a whole month, they get an icon a month later temporarily until they break the rules.
