I don't think anyone owns that account.
You automatically get sent there if you log out or just press view without typing anyone's username on "View the profile of...".
It might just be another spambot.
But I do remember it was styled with rainbows and wolves everywhere, but that was before it went blank.
People just commented random things, and since none of the mods knew about it (I think), people just spammed it with inappropriate things.
Some users also claimed that the account belonged to them, and that just started a flame war.

Author_Withheld isn't a spambot, lol. When a spammer comes through, one of the mods uses the Deleter 2000 or whatever, and it locks all the posts and replaces the username with Author_Withheld.

Well the name "bump every single useless topic made by one person while locking it instead of deleting it because robdeprop was on drugs when he made this-inator 2000 " (BESUTMBOPIIODIBRWODWHMTI2000 for short) was too long so he decided to just call it "deleter-2000".
