So we all know time travel doesn't exist. At least not yet...

So, let's say you go back in time 3 years before you were born. If you were in the past, wouldn't you be 3 years older when you return to the past? If you existed 3 years before your birth, you would have been born 3 years earlier thus making you older. Right?

What are your thoughts on my theory and what are your theories?

Yeah, I guess I can see that.

Lets all pull random ideas out of our asses and call them theories a la Superluigi.
Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.

Not really an idea

I wanna die

You wouldn't be three years older. You would still be born on your birthdate, assuming future you doesn't screw with anything while in the past. If present you goes back in time to a point before you were born, you exist and age as present you, not affecting your yet-to-be self. When you return to the present, you'll still have aged for as long as you've stayed in the past, but you shouldn't have been affected up to the point that you began time traveling. Hope this helps.

Time Travel doesn't change your time if you believe in multiple universes. Let's say you kill someone in the past, instead of creating a loop hole, an alternate universe would be made where that person is dead. Your time would still be the same.

Although it's been argued about, many people agree that time machines cannot return you to a time before you were born or before the time machine has been invented.

It's already a proven fact (by scientists) that time travel will NEVER be possible. You cannot alter time in any way.

Also I'm too dumb to have a theory. I just wanted to say that

Paradox wuz here.
I'm a player.

I'm thinking...
Wouldn't it make more sense if you're 31, and you go back 3 years before you were born, you're 34 on what would be your normal date of birth?

@angelrulez7, technically, yes, if you stayed in the past that long. Your body would age naturally, and would be 34 in that case. Although you would be 34 years old, if you returned to the present, you'd still be, to everyone else, 31, even though your body has aged three years.

Time travel this, aging that...
