And honestly, I do agree. It's a bit shabby though. Here's what I'd think should be updated and added

* List of ACTIVE mods only.

* A rule that screenshots are required or it'll be ignored and not worth dealing with if no proof.

* /helpdesk option for mods in the chats. I feel like the Helpdesk is not noticeable, being a tiny icon. It'd help more mods find rule breaking.

* Add it for PC version. Most mods are on PC nowadays.

* Reports should be top to bottom, most recent to oldest.

^ why ACTIVE in specific? It's best to just list all the current mods. Making a list of active mods just makes no sense

Helpdesk isn't very helpful at the moment.

Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.

What's the point of putting inactive mods on there? Users might ask the inactive mod if they're friends or something.

And I agree with mega. The Helpdesk colors sort of clash.
