First of all, don't judge me from my knowledge. I'm not into baseball. I just found out last week on a YouTube video and some research.

Nintendo owns a baseball team!: The Seattle Mariners

I seriously didn't know about it. The original owner was Hiroshi Yamaushi, but died at the beginning of 2014, so it's now owned by Nintendo of America CEO. (Sucks for you, Iwata.)

Well, what are your thoughts? Was it surprising to you? Did you already knew about this?

I found out when I downloaded the free (not to mention useless) app for the team.

Actually, there's even an app on the DSI for when you visit their stadium! Allows you to get food directly from your seat, check stats. .. etc.... I have it.
