The theory goes, as since the universe is infinite, there must be some kind of other world, where reality is twisted and spinned like cotton candy, to where fiction and non fiction is known to no bounds.

The Multiple Possibility Universe theory is similar to the World Line Theory.
World Line 01: Kim Jong Un actually fires a missile at THE USAAAAAA
World Line 02: Kim Jong Un accidentally fired the missile at China
Etc. etc.
