[Poll] Where should CSS help requests go?

Anyway, I need help with codes.

At first thought, you might think, "It goes in the BBC/CSS forum. Duh."
But, they're also asking for help, aren't they..?
This thread is to discuss what forums these 'CSS Help Request' threads should go in.
I personally think they should go in the 'Help' forum.
Why?
Because, it would be a lot nicer to see more tutorial threads in the BBC/CSS forum, and to see less "PLZ HALP" threads drowning them.
