On topic: If Nintendo found 3dsplaza, nothing really big could really happen. There are numerous fansites, but I guess Nintendo would be a bit pleased.

Considering the higher-ups in Nintendo are Japanese, like Cowboy Reggie, they'd have a hard time even reading what we post.
