I heard that they're trying to repair an old unused complaint thingy for when you're banned. Plus, the Helpdesk is a place, but nobody uses it anymore. We wouldn't exactly need a new one, just an up-to-date Helpdesk. Plus, many have to deal with spam and false info. That's pretty much how the Helpdesk crashed.
