Tell me, how do you feel about religion.

After realising therr's no proof as to how god exists, and how bad some of the bible is with it's phrases, and how bad and cruel christianity's past has been, and how most people believe in god from fear, I'm agnostic. But I side more with science.

Unaffiliated. I'm not concerned as to the reason for our existence, nor the history behind it; all I worry about is rolling with it to see where it all goes.

Religion itself, I have mixed feelings about. While it's nice that people gain a kind of purpose from joining a religion, as well as learn important life lessons and such, it just seems so obsessive. I used to consider myself a Christian because that's how my whole family is, but as I've reached collegiate levels and gone through various philosophical studies, I've been able to take a more personally intellectual view on the subject. Religion as a whole seems to be something that explains life, why we're here, and what morals we should follow in order to get the best out of ourselves. I feel that I don't need to know these things in order to be successful in life, particularly the first two. I've learned morality through personal experiences, and to be honest, it's pretty simple stuff for the most part. Because of that, I honestly have no reason to be religious. Bear in mind, I'm not atheist. I don't believe that there is no god, yet whether there is or not doesn't concern me, as I've said. I just roll with the punches and focus on what's important to me.


Too Long; Did not Read! version: I'm unaffiliated because I don't see a point in religion and I have more important things to worry about. I'm not atheist, either. Don't get butthurt about it.

My actual religion is Arceusism. I follow Arceus and his son Mew, the minor gods, Dialga, Helix Fossil & Palkia. And I also avoid Giratina, Flareon & Zapdos with their evilness.

I'm surprised that this thread is actually lasting long. Hopefully this thread keeps going till an immature atheist come and criticize the religious people, or a religious person come and shove his/her knowledge down our throats.

On topic, I really don't care what other people believe. I'm Christian, so I have more things to worry about.

My religion is Christianity. I don't mind other people's beliefs as long as they don't threaten/affect me because of it.
