There's been so many threads on lucid dreaming, but still~

Anyways, last night I had a lucid dream. I met Link from RhettandLink. I didn't really do anything, I was too interested in the fact I was meeting Link. I kinda forgot it was a dream.

I looked at my arm and I triggered the awareness.

After I woke up, I realized that both of my lucid dreams happened when I met a youtuber. First was ihascupquake, now Link from RhettandLink. Those were my only lucid dreams ever. Also, my first lucid dream happened on the night after I watched RhettandLink's video on lucid dreaming.

I think I'm progressing in my lucid dreaming. How about you? Do you have any tips? Are you progressing? What's your favorite lucid dream?

Never look in a mirror, you'll be so disfigured you might get lovely dream turned into nightmares.

Ok, tips for lucid dreaming.

As stupid as this is gonna sound, I lucid dream at least every other night that I try.

Ways to have a lucid dream(and yes, it takes practice) :
Practice during your waking hours thigs that would be impossible during a dream, rub your hands together...did they get wam? Progressively check the time, did the first time change drastically from the second? Push on a wall, do you feel it there? Count your fingers, twice. Are they al there?

Like I said, do it during your waking hours so that it becomes habit and you do it in your dreams.

people who sleep talk, sleep move, or sleep walk are more likely to have lucid dreams because (get this...) those people have a gene in thier DNA that makes the nerves that go slack during sleep...stay active. You can say what your dreaming, or even prrform actions in your sleep.
