Post videos or pictures of you dunking, and make sure your dunking on a 10ft rim (a regular NBA rim). If you know how high your vertical jump is, post it. Post your height. And post how you trained to dunk.

I'm a horrible jumper. Even my long jump sucks, I can only get 15 ft.

I doubt anyone else can dunk here, so how did you train yourself to jump that high? Were you always a good jumper?

No. Anyone can dunk starting from 5'6. It's the training. Sometimes people want to jump to dunk, but they don't jump right. I found a video on how to dunk, and I found out multiple things I was doing wrong. I corrected it, and just by correcting it, I increased my vertical jump about 2 or 3 inches.

I just run, but I'll look into this dunking stuff to see if it helps me off the starting block.
