If you cut yourself, ask yourself the following question.

'What does cutting really do to help me?'

You should come away with this answer:

Absolutely nothing. You think inflicting physical pain on yourself will either:

a. Help you deal with other physical pain (Physical bullying)?

b. Psychological pain. ( aftereffects of Verbal abuse)?

You're just making it worse by cutting. Many people see cutting for what it really is, A desperate attempt to get attention. If you want people to sympathize, just find someone you can trust and talk to them about your problems.

In the end, cutting doesn't help you. At all.
