Loki is more attractive, to me. Why, you might ask?
As commenters mentioned it before, his appearance is not very attractive (although, I prefer slender figures to begin with)...However, his accent (of course) and his attitude are heart throbbing. He's clever, and a gentleman--even if he's rather malicious.

But, who cares?

"Gentlemen" may not have been the best word choice, however I can't seem to find the word that describes my opinion of him...

Yes, he certainly did evil things (I have yet to see Thor: Dark Worlds) however he's calm and clever...it's not a monstrous rathful evil. His intentions (in the 1st Thor) were to make his father proud (which, of course, doesn't mean what he did was right). After the 1st Thor movie I'm left wondering that there might be "good" in him... He has a debonair attitude, which I consider to be rather attractive.

Therefore, because I'm left with a shadow of a doubt that he could become "good" (Star Wars theology) and the fact that he maintains class, is why I find him particularly attractive. Thor seems too...plastic...

But yes,"gentleman" was a very poor word choice.
