Time for a new Miscellaneous?

Welp. Spams + 2013's noobs + Alot of users = Alot of threads, right?

In 2011, we had the 1st Miscellaneous, the "calm" one. (Except for Airstrike)

In 2012, we had more users and more threads. I call it "The best Miscellaneous".

Now, in 2013, we have spams, noobs, and alot of threads. Possibly the fastest year for Miscellaneous to start and end.

What do you think the 2013-2014 Miscellaneous will be like?

Based on the title= Feature Suggestions. Based on your description says otherwise. Lol, and I'm saying this directly to a forum mod. Anyway, if there will be a new Misc forum, it will be garbage once in a while, so why waste time on something that will be "polluted" later on?

We really just need

A) A deleter thingymabob that ACTUALLY DELETES THREADS
and/or
B )A post limit or something that prevents anyone from making more than 5 or so threads a day

If things continue as they are now, it'll be kinda hard to discuss things when you can't find an actual thread in the ocean of spam. It'll be like a game of Find the Hay in the Needlestack. ~~totally not a spongebob reference~~
