Again, just set a limit to the number of threads you can post in a certain time period, and the spam problem is fixed. We don't need any more mods.

Unless the limit is 1 thread per hour. It would take over 20 alts to properly spam again.

It really is a difficult decision...To unban a rule breaker, that is. Let Plaza live in peace, or have everyone freak out when a banned user uses all his freetime to make Plaza a living hell?

I hope I can assume that all of us moderators want justice for Plaza, but we also want to do what's best for it, aswell. Unless the user is posting nsfw everywhere, unbanning one rule breaker can't really hurt Plaza, anymore than that user would if he remained banned. Yes, we seem like a wuss when we give into their wishes, but ultimately it's best.

This is why it's important to have trustworthy moderators who know what they're doing (and who are willing to take responsibility, if they're wrong.) Adding more mods wont fix this problem...I believe Rob should consider another site update purely to make preventatives for "Attackers" like Edgeee. Whether it's a forum post limit, or an alt limit. (I'm aware that people have ways to get around alt limits, but it can still hinder it greatly.)

And now, I would appreciate if this is the last "omg edgeee spammed!" thread. There are certainly enough

Though having new mods may help alleviate a bit of it, there would still be times when no mods were on to handle a problem or the ones around weren't competent enough to do so. The only real fix that would eliminate a great deal of it is the "thread limit" me and Ron have been talking about. But there's no use sitting around and talking about it if nothing actually gets done. We need someone to actually code a thread limit system and PM the coding to Rob/Junaid. I've only taken a few courses on HTML/CSS so my knowledge is limited, but i'll see what I can do. If anyone else has web design/programming knowledge feel free to help.
