That night when I fell asleep, I could feel a cool breeze.. I woke up standing in the woods, I panicked and started calling for help. It was useless, I was too deep in the woods for anyone to hear me. I walked backwards slowly and sat down at the end of a tree, crying. It was cold, dark and quiet. The snow pressed up against my sides.
I then looked up to see my father, looking at me with horror "Melody... Melody get out of here.. she... she's coming.." He sounded as if he was in pain. I stood up then heard an Icy voice from behind, "I'm so cold.." I spun around to see the child I saw earlier, hugging a teddybear and a blanket. She looked to be 6, covered in dirt and her night gown was ripped in many places. "Will you keep me warm?" The young girl asked, sadly. "Don't listen to her Melody!" my father said scardly, tears in his eyes. When I turned to look at him the girl had leaped on my back, Her cold, gray, rotting flesh felt disgusting as it touched mine.
I ran in circkes, smashed my back into tree's but it was no use! I couldn't get her off! I looked where my father once stood, he was ... h-he was gone! Vanished like a.. l-like a g-ghost!
I finally had enough, I grapped the girl by her hair, she bit me. Hard. I threw her off and ran, she ran after me on all fours like an animal. I saw the dim light of my home and ran faster until I threw open the front door then slammed it behind me when I git inside. My heart was racing, my palms were sweaty, my teeth were chattering as my knee's felt like Jell-o. My mother rushed out of her bedroom to see me covered in snow and dirt with a deep bite mark on my hand. She cleaned me up, sent me to bed, and told me everything was going to be alright.
But then I heard an icy voice say "I'm so cold..."
I paced around for hours on empty,
Jumped at the slightest of sounds.
I couldn't stand the person inside me,
I turned all the mirrors around.

I don't remember much..
All I know is i'll never... EVER go back in the woods again...
It was a bright winter afternoon, I was in my garden when I noticed something in preferable vision, A child. When I looked to see it, it was gone. "Probably just imagined it.." I thought, as I stood up to walk in my home. My mother was cooking dinner, my brother lay on the couch watching Pokémon. Nothing seemed strange to me, only that... My dad wasn't home.
"Your father went into the woods for some hunting, He'll be back tomarrow" my mother interrupted my thoughts on the child I had seen earlier. I walked to my room and sat on my bed and turned my TV on when I noticed the child at my window again. I glanced at her, but when our eye's met.. she ran away. I felt my heart pound in my chest, I knew I didn't imagine this.. "Is she homeless?" I thought, seeming how there's no houses for atleast 20 minutes from here, I knew she couldn't have just wandered out of her yard.
That night when I fell asleep, I could feel a cool breeze.. I woke up standing in the woods, I panicked and started calling for help.
