No.

Not to sound like a religious freak, but just celebrating is evil.

Some say it's worship to the devil. I think this a bit, but it's more about the people you encounter. Since Trick-or-Treating is common, I should state this.

People can do anything to the candy. Needles, poison, bugs, anything.
