A M rated game for a 10 year old kid? Geez, he's too young for those games. I would get him Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe if I were you, since the game is rated T, kind of a good game for him with a little bit of violence.

Or get him Super Smash Bros. Brawl which is also rated T.

MK vs DC is completely neutered. Injustice: Gods Among is more violent.

As for Deadpool, I know the game has boobies. I'm pretty sure there's no nudity though.

If you can wait, on October 18th LEGO Marvel Superheroes will release, and it includes Deadpool as a character. I think you should get it for him, it's perfect for a 10-year-old.
