What is the point of having these meters on our profiles if 90% of the plaza's population will never be able to use them?

I mean come on... By my calculations, we'd all need at least 200 respect before we could start giving it to others ourselves...

Let's not forget about the forum appreciation system. Even though this method of rep sucks; it still helps us inch ever closer to %51.

About 20+ forum appreciation (this includes ALL your forum topics) gives 00.01% rep. If anything, THIS system needs to be altered. 00.01% rep gain is ridiculous for how long it may take to get 20+ appreciation.
