1 2, 3, 4, and 5 are why not everyone can be president.

1. You can't just ban things you don't like. Your best option is to put long overdue restrictions on Tobacco companies.

2. is just plain irresponsible. There's quite a few reasons why you need to be a certain age to obtain a drivers license.

3. If you don't pay for the Maids, who does? The government? With what money? If they aren't being payed for, why would they work? Why would they want to clean your messes even if they were? This is from a viewpoint that benefits everyone lazy, and is not a good way of looking at this.

If you want a clean house, do it yourself.

4 is what's known as "Disproportionate Retribution".

5 cannot be made a law. The reason some people manage to get away with murder? It's because that's implying they actually get caught, and that the system is broken enough that when they are caught and tried for murder, it follows the Roman Format closely enough that the defendant cannot present sufficient defense to prove their innocence, or at the least, obtain acquittance.

Give "Bi/Pan/Homos" the rights they keep complaining about so they can shut the freak up like Same Sex marriage. So they can stop attacking Straights (I am straight).

Purple, That's not looking at it from a Holistic standpoint.

Some homosexualss want to have marriage rights (Which is just a ritual that lost all sacredness a long time ago, IMO). Some people believe marriage is "sacred", others just don't believe LGBT should have the same rights and don't really care what it is they currently want, just that they should deny the LBGT community whatever it currently is.

So the question is, which group is in the right? If you're giving them the rights to marriage just so "Shut the freak up", then you're not really thinking about the moral or political implications, just trying to appease a group you have a pre-concieved standpoint on.

Well.. The president doesn't makes the laws, this isn't a unitary Goverment, it's federal. The representative house makes the laws. (This is why I made the top state test scores for Social Studies in 4th grade)
